CHALLENGE
Carbon38 approached Sellry with the need to break through some technical challenges for specific backend features they wanted to get launched before the end of the year. They were having trouble moving at the speed they needed to drive their business, and wanted an agile partner for an efficient development partnership.
RESULTS
Very quickly, Sellry jumped into the Carbon38 punch list, knocking out to-dos driving streamlined merchandiser workflows and capabilities and expanding reporting capabilities leading to more rapid decision making and iteration. The combination of a structured Project Management process and open communication has created a productive partnership that we’re excited to continue building upon.
